Coach Mariah is the founder of Synergistic Leadership or Adults and Youth , bringing 16 years of coaching experience and a proven track record of impact. She has led, mentored, and coached over 620 athletes, collaborated with 19 athletic programs, and guided more than 15 coaches throughout her career. As a former college athlete, she spent five years leading a collegiate cheer program, where she recruited over 60 athletes, and led the team to their historic 2nd place National title. She's also spent a combination of 8 years coaching high school, middle school, and travel teams to their history making championship titles, and undefeated seasons.
Her passion lies in building and growing programs, while developing confident, capable athletes, coaches, and leaders. Coach Mariah is dedicated to mentoring athletes and coaches through meaningful connection, helping them gain lifelong leadership skills, and ensuring sports remain accessible to athletes of all background- so that nothing stands in between an individual, and their dreams.
Coach Rayven is a dedicated student-athlete and passionate cheerleader, she currently attends the University of Rhode Island after beginning her collegiate career at Nichols College. Her strong commitment to both academics and athletics began early, earning her the Outstanding Female Student-Athlete award in high school; a reflection of her leadership, discipline, and work ethic. She has also spent two years coaching Pop Warner cheer in Lawrence, where she developed a passion for mentoring young athletes and helping them build confidence and skills.
Driven to give back to the sport that has shaped her, she is passionate about inspiring others, fostering motivation, and stepping into leadership roles where she can support and uplift her teammates. With a foundation rooted in resilience, teamwork, and discipline, she is committed to continuing her growth as both an athlete and a positive, impactful role model.
